About the job

You will become part of a Center for Excellence Health , which drives the development of AP Pension's health offerings for individuals, leaders and workplaces. Today the offerings include, among others:

• Health and dental insurance
• Digital health solutions, knowledge and tools
• Social and health professional advisory to employees, managers and companies

We work broadly to improve our customers' health through initiatives in health promotion, prevention, diagnostics and treatment as well as rehabilitation.

As Health Developer you will have a broad collaboration surface across the organization and a coordinating role in the development of new health offerings.

The position is located in the Health area at AP Pension, which consists of three departments with a total of about 65 employees: Center of Excellence Health, AP Health Advisory and Claims.

Your tasks

As a health developer with experience in developing health insurance you will, among other things,:

• Be responsible for projects on the development of our health and dental insurance and ensure progress, goal attainment and involvement of relevant stakeholders
• Identify and develop new areas within our health offerings, both within insurance benefits and service offerings
• Follow the latest knowledge and trends in health
• Ensure governance and compliance in the development of new products and services
• Engage in supplier processes and partnerships
• Work with data collection, analyses and evaluations
• Prepare reports and written deliverables to management and the board

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced colleague who thrives in a smaller department and takes broad responsibility for their tasks, including project management from idea to finished product. At the same time you are expected to brainstorm and provide perspective with colleagues in the department. We are looking for a colleague who has:

• A solid professional foundation in the development of health insurance including experience in preparing product descriptions, POG assessments and other materials related to insurance products
• Experience with development projects from idea phase to adoption by customers
• Experience in the pension or insurance industry and an understanding of what creates value for our customers
• A strategic mindset that can contribute to the long-term development of AP Pension's health offering. Can see connections between prevention, early intervention, treatment and rehabilitation as we view health insurance as part of a coherent health offering at AP Pension
• Experience translating customer and market data into concrete ideas and solutions and into reporting
• Relationship skills that support establishing close collaboration across the organization
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and partners. In the role you will work with external suppliers and partners, e.g. with our partners on claims handling for health insurance as well as dental insurance, etc.
• Experience with digital solutions and use of AI. This requires experience within digital health solutions, digital customer journeys or other digital services that can support the value of our offerings.

You communicate messages clearly and engagingly, in both writing and speaking, and you can keep focus on the most important things and create structure when there are many tasks.
