About the job

Health care professional to Kalørgruppen

Would you like to be part of a fantastic team that makes a difference for the citizens? Can you see yourself in one of Odense's best home care groups, where we meet the citizens where they are, and help them from a professional and academic background?

Are you currently studying, and looking for a student job every other weekend? Then you are the one we are looking for. The shifts will be 7-13 or 7-15.

A little about your upcoming workplace

We are a group of about 75 committed colleagues, consisting of social- and health care helpers, social- and health care assistants, therapists and nurses. Some have many years of experience, while others are newer to the profession, but common to all is that we place a high value on a good working environment and everyone helps each other.

We work both cross-disciplinary and mono-disciplinary and benefit from each other’s knowledge and professional input.

We work within the area of physical functional impairment, where we daily provide nursing, home care and rehabilitation to citizens. There are both citizens who need temporary support at home, but also citizens with more lasting support needs.

We live in some cozy premises at Kalørvej 122 in Ejlstrup, from which we cycle and drive a car every day. We cover a large geographic area, and we go out to the countryside as well as into the vibrant city life.

What you can look forward to

We are a group with a good sense of community, who help each other, and there is high professionalism both mono- and multi-disciplinary.

You will be well received, with good dynamics in the group. There is a good onboarding program, where you get around everything, and there are ongoing checks on how far you are in relation to when you are ready to drive on your own.

We stand for each other and have a helpful and safe working environment, where the citizen is in focus. We place a high value on collaboration with relatives and base our planning of the route on the citizen’s needs and habits.

  • Desire for professional and collegial development
  • Meets the person before you meet the task
  • Has a good mood and a positive attitude
