About the job

Healthcare professional sought for Ramsherred Eye Clinic in Næstved

Would you like to be part of a professionally strong eye clinic, where the patient, quality and good collaboration are at the center?

We are seeking an engaged, approachable and responsible healthcare professional who wants to become an important part of our team.

With us you will have an exciting and varied daily life in a specialist clinic, where you work closely with patients, perform clinical examinations and become part of the daily workflows around patient pathways.

It is not a requirement that you have experience from the eye area. The right personality, professional curiosity and desire to learn are highly valued by us. You will receive thorough training in our examinations and workflows and will gradually have the opportunity to work more independently and take responsibility for your own tasks.

We are a workplace where we help each other, and where respect, decency, professionalism, responsibility and good collaboration are a natural part of daily life.

We also believe that job satisfaction and professionalism go hand in hand – and that a good working day should also be characterized by good energy, humor and room for one another.

Your tasks

You will have a varied daily life with both patient contact, clinical examinations and administrative tasks.

Your tasks will include

·               Assistance with the daily clinical workflows

You will receive thorough training in the relevant examinations and procedures. We do not expect you to be able to do everything from the start – but we expect that you want to learn and develop.

We are looking for someone who

·               Has a healthcare education

·               May have experience from practice, a specialist clinic or another healthcare field

·               Experience in the eye area is an advantage, but not a requirement

·               Is professionally engaged and eager to learn something new

·               Works in a structured and responsible manner

·               Can maintain overview, even when busy

·               Is flexible and helpful to both patients and colleagues

·               Can work independently, but also values close teamwork

·               Contributes positively to the work environment and has a good sense of humor

We place great emphasis on your personality and the way you meet people.

For us, it is important that our patients feel seen, heard and treated professionally – and that our employees experience that they are a valued part of the team.

We offer

·               An exciting and varied daily life in a specialist clinic
