Do you love combining your health-science knowledge with relationship work and a clear pedagogical approach? Then you might be the one we are looking for for one of SocialNetværket's solo offers.

We are looking for an engaged and caring employee to work around a young girl who needs close support and help in daily life. The task includes, among other things, personal care, so it is important that you can handle this in a respectful, calm and dignified manner.

About the task

As an employee you will become part of a fixed team that works purposefully to create safety, structure and predictability around the young person. The work is based on her individual needs, resources and development opportunities.

You must be able to create a stable and trusting relationship and at the same time maintain calm when situations become unpredictable or emotionally demanding. The health-related work must go hand in hand with the pedagogical work.

Your tasks will include

• To support the young person in her daily structure and activities
• To provide assistance with personal care and practical tasks
• To observe and respond to changes in her physical and mental state
• To work relationally, acknowledging and de-escalating conflicts
• To document the pedagogical and health-related efforts
• To collaborate closely with colleagues, management and relevant partners

We imagine that you

• Are trained as a social- and health care assistant, social- and health helper, nurse or have another relevant health-related background
• Have a desire for and preferably experience with pedagogical work with children or young people
• Are comfortable performing personal care
• Can work calmly, structured and respectfully
• Are mentally robust and able to keep an overview in demanding situations
• Are stable, responsible and clear in your communication
• Can engage loyally and constructively in close team collaboration
• Can work independently within the agreed professional framework
• Have a driving license
