A LITTLE ABOUT ME

57-year-old woman, with hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy.

It is a hereditary disease that leads to nerve inflammation in arms and legs.

I use an electric wheelchair.

I live in a house with my working husband, 2 dogs (English Setter) and 2 cats.

We live in a small village between Billund and Grindsted.

I am positive, solution-oriented and an orderly person.

JOB DESCRIPTION

I need a disability helper

• There may be my arms and legs involved in connection with personal care and toilet visits.
• Perform general housekeeping, including cleaning and laundry.
• Help with the care of our cats and dogs.
• Driving and accompaniment to activities and shopping.
• Help with cooking.

There will be opportunities for additional shifts during holidays and illness in the team.

Shifts run from 08:00-16:00.

I do not expect you to have experience from similar jobs, but I require the following

• That we have good chemistry.
• That you are reliable with appointments.
• Respect my privacy and can be the fly on the wall.
• You are not a smoker, as I have problems with my airways.
• You have a sense of order and are meticulous.
• You can work independently according to a work plan that I create.
• You like dogs and cats.
• You are an experienced driver and can drive a Ford Transit Custom with automatic transmission.

You will become part of a good, flexible and essential team of disability helpers who together cover all shifts year-round. The job takes place in the citizen's own home, for leisure activities, social events and the excursions the citizen would like to participate in.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license

• High hygiene standards
• Tolerate cats
• Tolerate dogs

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

• Start date: 06.11.2026
• Part-time: 7 hours per week
