At Omme Nursing Home, which consists of both a care home and home care, we are seeking new colleagues. We are expanding, and at the same time one of our longtime employees is retiring.

Therefore we are looking for

• SSA/SSH for the care home
• SSA/SSH for home care

As of September 1, 2026, the Night Shift Team moved into Omme Nursing Home, and we continue to work on strengthening cooperation and the sense of community across.

About the positions

Do you want to help develop and shape multidisciplinary workflows and try new approaches to task solving, so you have the opportunity to become part of Omme Nursing Home and/or part of the Co-governing team. The Co-governing team is the part of Omme Nursing Home and visits citizens in their own homes in the Sdr. Omme/Filskov area.
