Hjallerup School is seeking a teacher for a permanent appointment at the middle level as of 1/11-2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The position is 70% this school year, but with the possibility of full-time from the next school year. This year the position will include Danish in 3rd grade, and it is expected that you follow the class up to the middle level from next school year. In addition to Danish in 3rd grade, the position this year will also include two-teacher hours and on-call hours.

To be considered for the position you must be a qualified teacher with subject specialization in Danish.

Hjallerup School is departmentalized with 3-stream, with about 650 pupils from 0th to 9th grade. The school has, since August 2024, been part of School District East, which besides Hjallerup School comprises Klokkerholm School, Flauenskjold School and Dronninglund School.

At Hjallerup School there are about 70 staff members across school and SFO. We focus on team collaboration, and work closely in year group and department teams. You are expected to be ready to engage in close collaboration with your colleagues in the team, where you work together to create a solid foundation for learning and well-being at the school.
