Holmstrupgård is seeking a qualified social worker with experience in tariff measurement for matching tasks

The position as matching consultant and cross-disciplinary social worker at Holmstrupgård is linked to Holmstrupgård's 24-hour departments, outpatient departments, school-day offers and administration.

As a cross-disciplinary social worker at Holmstrupgård you will be part of the intake and matching team, which assigns youths to Holmstrupgård's departments. The visitation is led by Holmstrupgård's deputy head and chief psychologist, and there is one more matching consultant and social worker attached in a similar position. Here you contribute with social work knowledge in the work of obtaining information, ensuring agreements on tariff levels and coordination with the administration on the same.

Holmstrupgård switched to a new tariff structure a little over two years ago, where tariffs are calculated individually in relation to the municipal order, which contains the support to be provided. The tariff structure aims to provide more transparency in the structure and a clearer basis for the agreements for the orders that Holmstrupgård delivers to a large portion of the country9;s municipalities.

The tariffs are renegotiated continuously in a process at Holmstrupgård, and here too you will have a central coordinating role that ties the authority task together with the pedagogical work and the treatment work at Holmstrupgård's departments, in close collaboration with your colleague. You will therefore have a key function in relation to cooperation with municipalities and administrations and in that way be Holmstrupgård's face to the outside world.

The social worker is attached to the administration, which consists of 15 employees with different educational backgrounds and task portfolios and a broad overall knowledge of the organization. You participate in the administration9;s meetings and internal supervision. Tasks related to the 24-hour departments come directly from the department heads. The social worker has ongoing professional sparring and task solutions with the deputy head. The head of administration is the line manager.

We are looking for a trained social worker who

• Has experience in implementing tariff structures, including especially the initiating and ongoing work with citizen questionnaires for assessing individual support needs
• Has thorough knowledge of and experience with social work knowledge, including relevant legislation and ongoing changes and adjustments
• Can work in a structured way and is good at creating overview
• Will actively participate in meetings with partners
• Can teach staff/management in relevant social work topics
• Can handle complex coordinating and written work
• Can contribute with social work sparring to treatment teams at the departments
• Can work independently and systematically, and at the same time have good collaborative skills and be able to see the strengths in the interdisciplinary collaboration
• Has knowledge of and experience with working with young people with psychiatric disorders
• Is keen to move beyond social work legislation and build a bridge to our internal school-day offers
• Can perform coordinating functions among larger groups of staff and leaders and maintain a good overview
• Would like from time to time to engage in ad hoc tasks or projects that require social worker competencies

Holmstrupgård is a social-psychiatric day and residential facility for children and youths aged 8-23 (30) years. Holmstrupgård consists of 5 24-hour departments as well as special education offerings, day services, a home training program, VISO tasks and outpatient treatment offerings and family treatment. We offer a holistic pedagogical and milieu-therapeutic treatment based on psychodynamic principles.

Holmstrupgård9;s services are aimed at children and youths with various psychiatric difficulties such as eating disorders, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, personality disorders, attention disorders, autism spectrum disorders, severe self-harm, anxiety and OCD.
