Airport Hotel Billund is undergoing major change. We are renovating, developing and creating a new and even stronger version of the hotel. With a new large bar and restaurant, a wine bar and new spaces for our guests, the hotel will increasingly become a place where people meet, eat, drink, work and land after a long day. And for that we need more skilled people.

We are seeking a Host for our evening team

With us you are not just a receptionist.

You are a Host and an important part of the whole guest experience.

You greet the guest, build the relationship and ensure things run smoothly. One moment you help an international business traveler with check-in, the next you assist in the bar, answer questions or ensure a family gets a good start to their holiday.

We work across teams, help each other and focus on the overall guest experience rather than traditional desks and departmental boundaries.

And yes – you must be a night person

The position is primarily for you who want to work when others are off.

Your shifts will typically run from around 3:00 PM to midnight or 6:00 PM to around 2:00 AM .

So if you prefer starting later in the day, thrive on the evening energy and don’t mind that the workday ends after midnight, this could be a very good match.

Who are you?

We’re not necessarily looking for the perfect CV. We’re looking for the right personality.

You are service-minded, curious and enjoy being with people. You take responsibility, see what needs to be done and are happy to lend a hand to a colleague when needed.

You can stay on top of things when there is pace, and you understand that good hospitality lies in both the big experiences and the small details.

Experience from hotel, restaurant, bar, café, retail or other service is of course an advantage, but your energy, attitude and willingness to learn mean at least as much to us.
