About the job

Would you like to work with personnel- and salary administration tasks? And do you dream of becoming part of a really good team with dedicated, skilled and helpful colleagues?

Then you may be our new colleague at the HR Center of the Danish Courts Administration.

A varied workday with a broad range of contacts

You will become part of the HR Center of the Danish Courts Administration. We handle the overarching employer tasks for Denmark's Courts and are the employer for approximately 1,000 employees.

Your workday will be varied and consist of personnel administration in a broad sense for employees in the Courts Administration and at the courts. Among other things, in collaboration with our personnel lawyers, you will prepare job advertisements and employment contracts and handle matters concerning salary, vacation and sick leave administration, leave of absence, etc.

You will have broad contact with managers and employees in the Courts Administration. You will also have close collaboration with the State Administration.

Become part of a committed and professionally strong team

We are 21 dedicated employees in the HR Center. Our daily work is characterized by job satisfaction, knowledge sharing, informal collaboration and good humor. We take joint responsibility and care about the whole.

It is important for us to provide good and professional service and to solve our tasks with high quality.

We naturally ensure to give you the best possible introduction to our organization, systems and personnel administrative processes.

You have an eye for detail and a focus on quality and service

We are looking for a new colleague who

  • takes pride in delivering a high-quality product on time
  • is service-minded and motivated by helping users and colleagues
  • is thorough and structured, including being good at planning their own working hours
  • works independently and comes with his/her own solutions
  • can express themselves clearly and correctly – both in writing and orally – and is good with numbers.

We imagine that you have an office education and experience with case processing and administrative tasks. You adapt easily to new administrative systems. It is an advantage if you have experience with personnel administration and salary in the state sector, but it is not a condition.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is filled in accordance with the Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees’ Organizations - The Government Sector (OAO-S Joint Agreement) as well as the organizational agreement for Clerical Officers, Laboratory Assistants and IT Employees (HK). There is the possibility to negotiate a pensionable qualification allowance depending on your experience and qualifications.

The position is a full-time role and is desired to be filled from 1 January 2027.

You will be covered by a flexitime scheme and have the option of remote work for up to two days per week when compatible with the tasks.

It is a condition of employment that you can obtain a security clearance at the level “Confidential” and maintain this throughout your employment. You can read more in “ How you become security cleared ”.

Your workplace is at Amagerfælledvej 56, 2300 Copenhagen S.
