HR consultant with analytical and communication skills

Can you translate analyses into concrete actions for occupational safety and well-being? And would you like to help create good frameworks for about 1400 employees distributed across the country? As our new HR analyst, you will be part of the HR department at the Debt Authority. Your primary task will be to build a strong HR data foundation, which you in close collaboration with both colleagues and managers will use to strengthen focus on well-being.

Data and well-being in an agency with an outlook

We help Denmark out of debt. We are the state’s debt collection. That is our promise to the outside world and describes the large and important societal task that the Debt Authority has been set to solve. As employees, we all help to make the promise a reality.

We do this, among other things, by ensuring good well-being among our colleagues. You will therefore experience that our management supports occupational safety work and asks for your professional recommendations. There is room for you to make your mark on the HR office and the agency—especially when it comes to data analyses and concrete actions in the occupational safety area.

Your new job

As an HR analyst you will translate HR key figures, master data and insights from colleagues into concrete recommendations to management. You must therefore be analytical and strong in communication and quickly develop a good business understanding.

You will be responsible for

• developing and interpreting data on occupational safety and well-being both independently and in collaboration with the Administration and Service Agency
• communicating occupational safety and well-being to the management with concrete recommendations for actions
• translating the insights you obtain from the collaboration organization, the occupational safety committee and the management into initiating and driving occupational safety initiatives
• developing and maintaining the Debt Authority’s well-being measures and tools
• cooperating with line managers, occupational safety representatives and the Danish Working Environment Authority – e.g., on visits and potential follow-up
• writing clear and directive decision proposals to the executive board
• having responsibility for the secretariat support of the Debt Authority’s cooperation committee, where the management is in dialogue with the staff organizations, and handling administrative tasks.

Your contribution to us

You like working with data and are curious about the big picture behind the individual numbers and see possible actions based on data. We imagine that you have experience with occupational safety, data processing and communication as well as case handling for a directorate. Perhaps you have an academic degree that has provided you with the professional competencies related to occupational safety and data analysis.

You will be employed in the Ministry of Taxation and Growth with associated institutions. The workplace is Teglgårdsparken 26, 5500 Middelfart. HR is part of the Debt Authority’s staff, and you will report to the head of the HR department.

The Debt Authority, which is part of the Ministry of Taxation and Growth, emphasizes supporting flexible working conditions, and the framework for work organization is discussed between the manager and the employee based on the overall task solution.

You will be employed under collective agreement in accordance with the then applicable collective agreement for academics in the state (AC), the collective agreement for office clerks, laboratory technicians and IT employees (HK) or the collective agreement for full-time government commissioners (DTS) at the Ministry of Taxation and Growth.

Prior to employment we conduct a debt check insofar as concerns arrears to the public sector.
