Do you want to help create good employee experiences and ensure that our HR processes work in everyday life? At Sparekassen Thy we are looking for a structured and service-minded HR coordinator who is motivated by creating an overview, coordinating activities and making everyday life function. You will have a central role in the HR department with many collaboration interfaces and will be an important team player in the work with recruitment, onboarding, training, well-being and daily HR operations.

Your primary tasks include

• Administer recruitment processes, onboarding programs and employment-related tasks
• Support training and competency development activities
• Provide daily support to managers and colleagues in HR-related questions
• Ensure quality in HR data, reporting, systems and intranet content
• Prepare materials for management, committees and employees
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on HR-related activities and initiatives
• Plan and implement employee, leadership and well-being activities
• Coordinate gifts as well as marking jubilees and anniversaries
• Other ad hoc tasks

You will become part of an engaged HR team of four employees. We work broadly with HR, while each of us has our own areas of responsibility. The role provides opportunities to develop processes, activities and employee experiences. We help each other, spar with each other and jointly lift the task of supporting 315 colleagues across Sparekassen Thy. About 150 employees have their daily workplace at the head office in Thisted, while the remainder are distributed across our 15 branches in the market area.
