The student job

Our partner is seeking a student employee for a central role in HR and back-office, where you will be an important part of daily operations. In the beginning you will receive hands-on training in concrete control tasks. Thereafter the ambition is that you quickly become autonomous and take responsibility for fixed processes and follow-ups. The role is particularly well suited for you who are motivated by creating structure, spotting deviations and ensuring that documentation, systems and processes function.

Tasks

• Drafting of employment contracts, terminations, warnings, supplements etc.
• Drafting of training agreements
• Course administration, including registrations, follow-up, documentation and other internships
• Updating and archiving in HR systems and personnel files
• Monitoring and follow-up with suppliers of hired labor, including review of payroll and time materials and related documentation
• Control of certificates and certificate approvals in relevant systems
• Ad hoc HR tasks in connection with operations and projects

The company

Our partner is a nationwide service and contracting company specializing in technical insulation, scaffolding and related solutions for large industrial, energy and construction projects. The company is nationwide and among the leading players in Denmark. You will become part of a small and closely collaborating HR team, where you report directly to the Chief HR Officer. In addition, you will be trained by a former Cand student, who will take on a full-time role from 1/1 2027.
