We are a family-owned temporary staffing agency where we know each other well, help each other, and have a close and personal contact with both customers and temporary workers. The days vary – some days the phone is busy, while other days there is time to go out and visit customers.

Your tasks

• Booking and coordination of temporary workers
• Daily contact with customers and temporary workers
• Handling changes, illness and urgent bookings
• Recruitment and screening of new temporary workers
• Phone and written contact
• Customer visits to existing customers
• Administrative tasks related to staffing and personnel
• Participation in our on-call system and on-call phone

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Are service-minded and good at communicating with many different people
• Can keep an overview – even when changes occur suddenly
• Are independent, responsible and good at finding solutions
• Are flexible regarding working hours and tasks
• Have good IT skills
• Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Have a driving license – it’s an advantage, but not a requirement

If you have experience with recruitment, sales, customer service, personnel or from the temp staffing industry, that is of course an advantage but not a requirement. For us, your personality, your approach to people and your ability to take responsibility matter at least as much.
