We are looking for experienced TA Partners who know that the best hires start with a deep understanding of the business needs. You master the recruitment craft, know the candidate market and are motivated by delivering results that matter to the business.

As a TA Partner you will be a close sparring partner for the leaders and will have the opportunity to make your mark together with a new team that will have high ambitions for recruitment in TDC Brands.

Your role

You report to our Head of Talent Acquisition and you will have responsibility for recruitment in a defined part of the business. You will have the opportunity to bring your experience into play and manage recruitment in close collaboration with the leaders and your colleagues in Talent Acquisition and People & Culture.

Your tasks include

• Identify the recruitment need together with the manager and translate it into a clear candidate profile and a targeted recruitment strategy
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish – from role clarification and search to selection, offers and signed contract
• Approach and engage relevant profiles through proactive search and sourcing, networks and relevant channels – including internal candidates – and build talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Conduct competency-based interviews, use relevant tests and assessment tools and provide professional feedback
• Advise and challenge the managers based on your understanding of the business and the candidate market, so that we make the best hiring decisions
• Ensure a professional candidate experience and keep the leaders updated on progress, candidate field and market conditions
• Contribute to developing our approach to recruitment through knowledge sharing, initiatives and continuous improvements

Who are you?

You have solid experience as a TA Partner or from a similar role and are confident in your recruitment craft. You thrive with responsibility and have a genuine curiosity about the business you are part of. You are motivated not only by finding the right candidate, but also by understanding leaders' challenges and contributing to solutions that create value in the longer term.

We especially emphasize that you

• Have solid experience with recruitment including search, sourcing, interviews and candidate assessment of both experienced leaders and specialists
• Have solid business understanding and can quickly get into different subject areas and competency needs
• Are a credible and constructive sparring partner who dares to challenge the leaders and bring new perspectives into play
• Work in a structured manner, take ownership and maintain overview when tasks come quickly and priorities shift
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Danish and English
• Are a collaborative colleague who shares knowledge, helps colleagues and contributes with common solutions

It is an advantage if you have experience from Tech/Telco and familiarity with job architecture and different collective agreements.

Workplace: Your fixed base will be our office on Teglholmsgade in Copenhagen. There will also be a need for you to occasionally attend meetings and interviews at our office in Slet near Aarhus.
