Do you have practical experience with setting up and administering Dalux – or a strong interest and drive to become really skilled at it? And would you like to help ensure that ICT requirements and digital deliverables are translated into structure, quality and progress in energy projects?

At Sweco Energy we experience an increasing pipeline of projects that require extra staffing and support within ICT and BIM. Therefore we are looking for an ICT/BIM coordinator who wants to contribute to making digital workflows and deliverables function in practice – across disciplines and stakeholders.

You will become part of a strong professional environment where we work with integrated consulting, and where there are good opportunities for both professional sparring and development in the role. At the same time you will gain access to knowledge sharing through internal networks for BIM/ICT, where we continuously develop our practices and tools.

About the position

As ICT/BIM coordinator you will be a key person in the projects when requirements must be translated into setups and deliverables. You will work at the interface between project management, design and delivery – and you will have an important role in creating structure and ensuring that the team can collaborate effectively digitally.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Set up, administer and support projects in Dalux – including structure, access, workflows and ongoing operations.
• Support BIM and model coordination, including quality and collaboration across discipline models and project deliverables.
• Work with CDE platforms and collaboration tools such as Autodesk ACC and Bentley ProjectWise.
• Contribute to understanding and handling ICT requirements and ensure that digital deliverables meet customer requirements.
• Contribute to structure and process on projects (e.g., folder structures, document flow, model exchange and handovers).
• Collaborate closely with project management and the technical teams to get digital workflows to work in practice.

About you

We imagine you are a junior profile with relevant experience, who has a strong interest in the area and the motivation to develop quickly. You work in a structured way, communicate clearly and thrive in a role where you create overview and have many interfaces to make work together.

We imagine that you

• Have experience with ICT and BIM.
• Have practical experience with setting up and administering Dalux.
• Have experience with BIM and model coordination – and preferably with tools such as ACC and/or ProjectWise.
• Have an understanding of ICT requirements and digital deliverables in projects.
• Are structured, collaborative and eager to develop in the role, e.g. towards ICT/BIM lead.
