Industrial fitter for assembly tasks wanted in Ringsted

We are looking for an engaged installer for a smaller company that develops and delivers solutions for work at height, e.g. ladders, scaffolds, stairs and access routes. The company works as a solution partner for its customers and emphasizes quality, safety and good craftsmanship. Here you will become part of a small, close team with high engagement and a good tone in daily life.

You will regularly work 3-15 meters up from a lift, scaffolding or ladder - of course with correct fall protection. Therefore it is important that you are comfortable with heights and prepared for physical work and heavy lifting. There may also be overnight stays on projects (approximately 10-15 days per year), which are always planned well in advance.

Work tasks

• Assembling solutions at the workshop
• Mounting ladders, wall ladders, stairs, access routes and fall protection
• Measuring and preparation for projects
• Transport and coordination between warehouse, production and installation
• Collaboration with colleagues and external partners
• Problem solving and quality assurance during installation
• Occasional warehouse work, e.g. picking and packing for larger orders

Professional qualifications

• Has a craftsman background, e.g. installer, mechanic, electrician, mason, carpenter or similar
• Has experience with assembly, construction, building or similar tasks
• Has experience with steel and/or aluminum
• Has technical understanding and a sense for quality in the work
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Has a category B driver's license (BE and forklift certificate are an advantage)
• Has a focus on safety and proper documentation

• Has hands that are properly skilled and enjoys practical work
• Is stable, responsible and solution-oriented
• Thrives with physical work and tasks both at the workshop and with customers
• Maintains overview - even when several projects are in progress
• Can work closely with colleagues and contribute to a good working environment
• Is flexible regarding travel activity and varying work days

Special conditions The company offers

• Full-time position of 37 hours/week
• Normal working hours Monday-Friday 8:00-16:00
