Industrial technician for automation and operations optimization in Hjørring

We are looking for an industrial technician for operations and quality in Hjørring.

You will land in a larger manufacturing company where technology, operations and quality are closely connected. Day-to-day is around advanced production facilities, where uptime, measurements and finish matter for the next link in the production chain. This is a place for someone who enjoys working close to the machines and seeing the result of the adjustments you make.

The role suits an experienced industrial technician who doesn’t need everything explained from the start. You will have a daily routine where metrology, quality assurance and operations optimization fill the day, and where your professionalism can be felt directly on the production. Here it’s not enough just to get something running – it must run steadily.

What you get Salary: 230-250 DKK per hour

Area of work: Hjørring and surroundings

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Your daily: Metrology, automation and operations

Your everyday

The day is about keeping facilities, workpieces and processes within the targets that have been set. You work with measurements, adjustments and faults that must be found before they become stops or scrap. When something doesn’t play along, you use both hands and head to get the operation back on track.

You will, among other things, work with

• Metrology and quality assurance in production
• Specialties, automation and finishing
• Maintenance and operations optimization on production equipment

When a measurement doesn’t fit, or a process starts to run, it is your experience that makes the difference. You must be able to speak up in time, take action and follow up, so production not only continues, but moves forward correctly.

We’re looking for you who can check most boxes

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 7 years of experience as an industrial technician
• Can work confidently with metrology and quality assurance
• Have experience with maintenance and operations optimization
• Can take responsibility when production requires quick decisions
• Show up reliably and speak up if something is off

It is an advantage if you have worked with automation or production before. But the most important is that you have enough experience to take the task seriously from day one.
