We need an industrial technician for toolmaking in Odense.

You land in a production where precision machining and toolmaking fill the daily routine. The machine park covers, among other things, milling, turning, grinding and spark eroding, so the tasks are not confined to a single type of machine. The team is large enough for you to have people around you, but still close enough to the craft that your own artisanal judgment matters.

The role suits you if you can work independently without closing the door to sparring. You will have both serial work and specialist topics where the goals must hold and the finish must be in order. It is steady work in Odense, but not a conveyor belt from morning to quitting time.

What you get Salary: 200-230 DKK per hour

Everyday: CNC, metrology and specialist topics

Your day-to-day Tasks lie in production, where you alternate between CNC machining, metrology and adjustments along the way. You work with small and medium series, and some topics require more fine-tuning than others. When tolerances are tight, the day is as much about measurement and control as about getting the chips to fly.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Machining workpieces on CNC machines
• Check measurements and perform quality assurance on finished parts
• Set up, load in and change tools
• Adjust programs when the workpiece requires it
• Work with small and medium series in metal and other materials

There is versatility in the tasks, but still fixed boundaries around the work. You must be able to take responsibility for your own workpiece and say if something doesn’t add up.

We are looking for someone who can tick most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

• Have experience with CNC machining
• Can measure up and inspect your own work
• Work steadily and show up as agreed
• Can switch between independent work and collaboration in production
• Say when something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have tried both setup, commissioning and metrology before. But the most important thing is that you work properly and take responsibility for precision.
