Industrial electricians wanted for a brand new and state-of-the-art production facility at Danish Crown in Vejen – permanent day shift or evening shift

On behalf of Danish Crown in Vejen, JKS Tech&Metal is seeking two skilled industrial electricians for a brand-new and modern production facility where work involves trimming and packing fresh products. This is food production and not a slaughterhouse job.

You will be part of the technical operations and play an important role in ensuring that the production facility functions optimally. In close collaboration with the production team, you will work on start-up, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of the new facility.

There are two newly created positions, where we are looking for one employee for a permanent day shift and one for a permanent evening shift.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of the new, modern production facility
• Start-up, monitoring and technical support on production equipment
• Troubleshooting and repair on electrical installations and machines
• Service and preventive maintenance
• Panel work and troubleshooting on controls
• Work with PLC controls if you have experience with this
• Close collaboration with production to optimize operations

We are looking for you who

• Are trained electrician, industrial electrician or have a corresponding electrical-technical background
• Preferably have experience with industry, automation or production plants
• Have good technical understanding and thrive with troubleshooting
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Want to work with new technology and modern production equipment
• Are flexible and thrive in a production environment
• Experience with PLC is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We offer

• An exciting position at a brand-new and state-of-the-art production plant
• Opportunity to work with the latest technology in food production
• A newly created position with the possibility to influence technical operations
• Close collaboration with skilled colleagues in production
• Fixed day shift or fixed evening shift
• Good hourly pay and employment under Industriens Overenskomst

Working hours

Day shift

Monday to Friday from 05:00 to approx. 13:00–14:00. In connection with holidays and other absence in the technical team, flexibility is expected

Evening shift

Monday to Friday from approx. 15:00–22:40 with every other Friday off. In connection with holidays and other absence in the technical team, flexibility is expected.

Are you ready to work with the production of the food of the future?

Here you get an exciting opportunity to become part of a brand-new production plant where modern technology, engineering and operation go hand in hand.
