You will land in a tool company in Odense with about 25 employees. The team does precision machining, toolmaking and special components for demanding business customers. The machine park includes, among other things, CNC milling, turning, grinding, spark erosion, laser welding and measuring. It is a daily life where tolerances are small, and where finish and on-time delivery matter.

You switch between independent tasks at the machine and collaboration with people in production. The special thing about the role is the level of the parts: small and medium series, special tasks and work where precision actually matters. It is not assembly-line work with a fixed repetition, but tasks where experience and composure at the machine make a difference.

Everyday: CNC, precision and special parts

Your everyday The tasks follow production and the parts to be machined that day. You read drawings or CAD data, set up the machining and follow the process closely enough to catch it before something goes wrong. When the part is finished, it’s also about checking dimensions and finish, not just getting the machine to run.

You will, among other things, work with

• CNC machining of parts for tools and special tasks
• Milling and turning in metal and other materials
• Machine setup and follow-up on the machining
• Inspection of dimensions, finish and tolerance on finished parts
• Tool making and precision tasks in small and medium series

There is a challenge in daily life, because the parts are not just standard series. When the tolerance is small, you must speak up if something is off, and better to stop than send something half-finished.

We are looking for you who can cover most of it You do not have to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as an industrial technician
• Have experience with CNC machining
• Can work independently at the machine
• Trive with precision work and technical challenges
• Know when to speak up if something isn’t right

It’s a plus if you have worked with milling, turning, measurement or tool making. But the most important is that you enjoy tasks where precision actually matters.
