Do you want an internship that gives you both professional challenges, hands-on experience and a strong sense of community? As an intern at LINAK you will become part of a unique intern network and have the opportunity to work professionally with e-commerce in an international company.

Each semester we welcome 20–25 interns from different study tracks. You will become part of the LINAK family and work closely with skilled colleagues. There is the opportunity to work on both larger and smaller tasks, all arising from real problems in value-creating and cross-functional projects.

About the internship – e-commerce

At LINAK we work to create strong digital customer experiences through our Webshop & Customer Portal. We are seeking an engaged intern who wants hands-on experience with e-commerce, digital analysis and optimization of online customer journeys.

As an intern you will be part of our e-commerce team, where you will have the opportunity to work with concrete projects, data and digital solutions that create value for our customers.

We offer an exciting internship program with real tasks and responsibility, where you gain insight into an international B2B e-commerce organization, sparring with experienced specialists, the possibility to drive your own projects and valuable experience with digital solutions.

The tasks can include

Depending on your profile and interests you may work with

E-commerce performance

• Analysis of traffic, behaviour and conversions
• Identification of improvement opportunities on the webshop
• Follow-up on KPIs such as traffic, leads and conversion rate

Customer experience and UX

• Analysis of customer journeys
• Collection and processing of user feedback

Digital marketing

• Support on email campaigns
• Analysis of campaign results
• Keyword- and competitor analyses
• Contributions to content- and campaign planning

About you

To create the best possible match we would like to know what in e-commerce motivates you the most. You do not need to know it all in advance – the most important thing is that you:

• are pursuing a relevant education in, for example, e-commerce, digital concept development or digital marketing
• are curious about digital customer experiences, are motivated by data-driven work, have a structured and independent mindset and are familiar with digital tools
• communicate fluently in both Danish and English
• see opportunities rather than limitations
• seek practical experience and a steep learning curve
• have a positive and welcoming attitude
• can see problems from multiple perspectives
• are motivated by professional challenges
