An internship program that strengthens your career

As an intern at iO you will become part of our everyday life and will work on real tasks and projects together with experienced colleagues. You will have the opportunity to translate your theory into practice, develop your professional competences and gain insight into how we work with clients and projects across disciplines. We emphasize that you both gain responsibility and the sparring you need along the way. And if the collaboration works well for both parties, an internship can be the first step toward a longer collaboration.

Internship at iO

We offer internships as part of various educational programs and study directions. The programs are tailored to your education, your interests and the team you join, but as a rule the internship should last a minimum of 12 weeks. The internship takes place at our office in Copenhagen.

Opportunities across disciplines

At iO we work across many different disciplines. Therefore an internship can look very different depending on your field of study, interests and competencies.

• Design & UX

For you who want to work with digital experiences, user needs, design and visual solutions. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the process from idea and research to design and development.

• Marketing & communications

For you who are interested in content, campaigns, events, social media and digital communication. You will have the opportunity to work on both strategic and practical tasks.

• Project management & strategy

For you who want to understand how digital projects are created, and how different disciplines and interests come together around a common solution. You gain insight into planning, coordination, clients and processes.

• Technology & development

For you who want to work with development, web technologies, platforms, cloud, data or AI. You will become part of a professional environment where you can develop your technical skills together with experienced specialists.

• AI

For you who are curious about how AI can be used to create new solutions and improve existing processes and digital experiences. At iO we work with AI across technology, marketing, strategy and creativity.
