Ji sport A/S is seeking an employee for the office in Brønderslev
Your main tasks will be
Customer inquiries via emails, chat and phones in Norwegian and Swedish . You must be fluent in either Norwegian or Swedish and be able to understand and respond to common customer inquiries.
Processing orders from email, webshop and phone
Preparation of customs lists for shipments to Norway
Booking of shipments
It is important that you are willing to speak with both Norwegian and Swedish customers on the phone.
