About the role

In the role of customer service representative your primary tasks will be to answer customer inquiries via phone and email, find solutions to their challenges and ensure a first-class customer experience.

Our customer service is open Monday-Friday 9:00-21:00 and Saturday-Sunday 11:00-17:00 (local time in Cyprus). You will have shifts daytime, evening, and weekends. You will start with a paid training program where you gain insight into the technical aspects of the job and learn how to deliver outstanding customer service.

Your daily tasks include

• Handling customer calls
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Administration of customer cases
• Working toward your KPIs in customer satisfaction, efficiency and quality

• Are sociable, helpful and driven to deliver good service
• Thrive in a dynamic work environment with a strong sense of community
• Have completed high school, speak and understand Danish, and English
