About the job

Do you dream of combining a social work life with sun, sea and a young Danish team? Are you keen to work in an environment where pace, collaboration and personality matter as much as experience? Then you have the opportunity to become part of a small, close Danish team in Sliema, where you will be working with customer support for several established brands.

You will be an important part of a team of eight Danish colleagues, where emphasis is placed on personality, well-being and togetherness. Here it's not only about providing good customer service — but also about functioning well socially, contributing to the mood and being part of an environment where you both work and do things together outside the office.

We are looking for an outgoing and engaged person who is motivated by creating excellent customer experiences and who thrives in an environment where you quickly become part of the community.

What does an administrative customer service assistant do?

You answer customer inquiries via email and chat and ensure that each customer gets a professional and helpful experience. You assist with technical support, guide customers through the platform and ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and correctly. You also monitor the website's functionality and report faults or operational issues to the team leader. Additionally you help promote new products and campaigns and support the team with ad hoc tasks when needed.

You will be part of a smaller, social team where personality and collaboration are highly valued — and where Friday bars, shared lunches and social activities are a natural part of the culture.

Contribute to the team and development

You help create a good atmosphere in the team and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly. You share knowledge, support new colleagues and help ensure the team works efficiently and with high quality. Because the team is small, you have the opportunity to quickly take on more responsibility and develop in the role. You will become an important part of a community where people help each other, and where personality and team fit are crucial.

Your responsibilities

  • Customer support via email and chat
  • Technical guidance and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring the platform's functionality
  • Reporting of operational issues
  • Assistance with campaigns and product information
  • Knowledge sharing and support for new colleagues
  • Updating internal systems and customer history
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Your qualifications

  • Speak and write Danish and good English
  • Outgoing, social and thrives in a young team
  • Detail-oriented and works in a structured way
  • Motivated to learn — experience is not a requirement
  • Bonus: Experience with customer service or knowledge of the casino/iGaming industry
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain an overview

Because the team consists of only eight Danish colleagues, emphasis is placed on personality and how you fit into the community. You should thrive in an environment where you both work together and do things together outside working hours.

Salary and benefits

  • Annual salary: €27,000
  • Relocation package
  • Salary increases after training/qualification
  • Approximately 15% tax
  • 40 hours per week
  • Rotations between 08:00 – 21:00
  • 22 vacation days per year
  • Health insurance
  • Social work environment with Friday bars, lunch and teambuilding
  • Danish managers and a stable team
  • Good local deals on fitness, language courses, etc.
