Semler Customer Interaction Center is seeking student assistants to, among other things, book workshop appointments and support with car-related questions.

About the job

Your primary task is to serve our customers by telephone and online, and always ensure high customer satisfaction and quality. You register our customers for workshops via telephone and online services. In addition, you support our customers over the phone with answers to their questions - from which oil the car runs on, to pairing the phone with the car's system.

We offer a fixed hourly wage and a workplace where processes are well organized. You will work in a team with other student assistants, where the mood is always high.

There is of course thorough training and access to online systems with knowledge bases, so you are equipped to service the customers as best as possible.

It is a requirement that you can complete the onboarding program during daytime hours.

About you

• You are outgoing and take pride in delivering superb customer service
• You are flexible when it comes to shift schedules, and reliable when it comes to attendance
• You speak, write and understand both Danish and English
• You are able to convey a message clearly and simply - and work in a structured way, even when it is busy
• You are a pronounced team player

It is important that you are passionate about providing professional customer service, that you have a flair for IT and easily adapt to new and sometimes complex systems.

Working hours

The working hours are from 07:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 10:00 to 16:00 Saturday and Sunday. It is expected that you can take a fixed evening shift once a week from 16:00 to 19:00. This shift can also be from earlier in the day to closing. You will continually be in dialogue with your manager & operations coordinator about your shifts, and we naturally take your education into account.

In our customer center at Turbinevej 9 in Søborg we sit about 50 colleagues, distributed across several departments, and we help customers nationwide with questions ranging from buying a car to tire pressure, as well as booking service appointments, repairs, tire changes, etc.
