About us

In Cash Assistance and Unemployment Benefits you will be part of a department with 17 colleagues and 1 department head. We collaborate with citizens who are referred to flex jobs, resource programs, cash assistance and those granted disability pension.

Your tasks as a case manager will primarily include

• Casework in close collaboration with citizens referred to flex jobs or resource programs to support return to work
• Close cooperation with business consultants and job brokers
• Motivational conversations with citizens focusing on work ability, clear job goals, CV, development, paid hours and job
• Collaboration across the municipality, the health sector and partners
• Administration and registration of the effort in IT systems (KMD-Momentum, etc.)

We expect that you

• Are educated as a social worker and have experience as a case manager
• Can handle primary legislation and find it exciting to stay updated on current law
• Have knowledge of the current labor market and a desire to follow developments
• Have professional insight that matches the above-mentioned areas of work, and that can be used to support citizens' working lives
• Are service-minded, structured and reliable
• Can communicate at eye level, listen, understand and find solutions together with the citizen, colleagues and the companies
• Are good at oral and written communication
• Can participate in team collaboration and wish to contribute to a good working environment

A driving license is a condition of employment.

Salary according to current collective agreement.
