The position is primarily day shifts with weekend shifts every 4 weeks, start time 7 am, where we hold daily sparring and coordination meetings.

Your profile

• Are a trained nurse and have a Danish authorization
• Work independently – but thrive as part of a strong cross-disciplinary team
• Are passionate about supporting citizens in maintaining their independence and quality of life
• Appreciate close contact with citizens and relatives – and following their development over time

Some of your tasks

• Holistic care based on a holistic approach carefully planned according to the elderly law principles
• Coordinate the nursing care around the citizen
• Observe, triage, assess and document the citizen's health and functional level
• Perform basic- and holistic nursing care – especially with complex issues
• Participate in interdisciplinary assessment
• Perform and hand over nursing tasks with responsibility and overview
• Ensure coherence and quality in the citizen journal in collaboration with colleagues
• Discuss health professional issues at interdisciplinary conferences
• Take on the role of pathway lead in simple and complex pathways

Salary and employment terms

The position is desired to start 1.1.2027 or as soon as possible.

Salary and employment terms according to the current collective agreement and after concrete negotiation with the authorized organization.
