We are a smaller unit of the Family Law Agency, which makes decisions within adoption and parenthood and has an advisory obligation to Danish authorities regarding the recognition of certain foreign documents.

We therefore have a lot of contact outside the organization, both with citizens, municipalities, other authorities and the Danish representations around the world.

We also hold physical or online meetings with our citizens in certain case types. You must also be able to thrive with that.

In addition to the above which are our main tasks, there are occasionally opportunities to take on tasks across the Family Law Agency.

It is important for us as a unit to see ourselves as part of the overall Family Law Agency, and therefore we are happy to contribute where our competencies can be helpful in another department.

We are also quite closely connected to our IT and Analytics department in the sense that we continuously try to streamline our workflows, for the benefit of our citizens and to ensure valid data foundations.

We actively seek out our professional capabilities and desires for new thinking, so that our case processes will run optimally.

You are never left alone with a complicated task. But yes, you must enjoy getting the work done. The application deadline is 10 November 2026 and we expect to hold interviews on 13 November 2026 at the Family Law Agency in Ringkøbing.

The position is full-time with the start date of 1 January 2027. The place of employment will be Østergade 41, 6950 Ringkøbing.

Employment is in accordance with the agreement for academics in the state entered into between the Ministry of Taxation and the academic associations and the local agreements entered into here.
