We need another skilled and caring teacher with a Danish major for our middle level at department Søhøj. If you are also skilled in science/technology, that's an advantage.

In our middle level you will be part of a professional learning community consisting of teachers and pedagogues who together work so that the students thrive and become as capable as they can.

We are looking for you , who have Danish as a major, and who are motivated to make Danish teaching fun, lively, concrete and meaningful for the students. You see teamwork as a strength and are keen to enter into a close and professional collaboration with colleagues, where we together plan, evaluate and develop the teaching with students' well-being and learning at the center. You will become part of a team that prioritizes community, professional sparring and a curious approach to teaching and pedagogy.

We are organized in self-managing teams, which together lift both the teaching task and all other work tasks related to the teaching task. For us that means we are "together on the task" .

We prioritize pedagogical discussion and have good opportunities for sparring with our strong mentor corps, who also facilitate exciting and instructive courses in the classrooms.

We are part of Ølstykke School, which consists of two departments: Maglehøj with about 480 students and Søhøj with about 560 students.

Working conditions: In Egedal Municipality we have a local agreement that ensures good time for preparation. The time for individual preparation is scheduled within normal working hours, and teachers can relocate this time to other places than the school. There is a fixed meeting day on Tuesdays until 16:00, and the remaining working hours can be flexible.
