We are looking for substitutes who want to play, create security and make a difference for children aged 0-6 years 🤗

Do you like being close to the children's world, where play, curiosity and small moments make a big difference? Do you thrive in a daily life where there is a need for both presence, initiative and practical sense? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

In the private children's house Karmsten in Ølstykke we are an integrated day-care institution with three baby groups and three kindergarten groups. As a substitute you will be part of everyday life across the building, and you must therefore be prepared to work in both the baby room and the kindergarten.

Who do we hope you are?

We are looking for substitutes who want to engage with the children and the community. You do not necessarily need to have experience from a day-care, but you should want to learn, participate in daily life and contribute positively to our community.

• who meet children, colleagues and parents with warmth, recognition and inclusivity
• who love being with children and want to play with them – both outdoors and indoors
• who can take initiative, maintain an overview and ask colleagues for advice when needed
• who participate in the practical tasks that are a natural part of daily life in a day-care setting
• who are stable and approachable and contribute to a good working environment with both humor and professionalism.

We expect you to show up with commitment and responsibility and to understand that both children and adults are an important part of the community you will become part of.
