About the job

At Bifrost we are seeking new colleagues for Nordstjernen and Karlsvognen, as we are continually experiencing a higher occupancy.

We are open to several professional backgrounds – e.g., social educators, nurses, social and health care assistants, PAU’s, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. With us you will have the opportunity to bring your own professional expertise into the educational field and use your competencies in new ways in the pedagogical work with the children.

You will become part of an interdisciplinary community where we together create the best framework for the children. Karlsvognen houses children and young people in residential care, while Nordstjernen provides support stays. It requires that you can adapt your approach to each child's needs and shift perspective without losing direction.

We work, among other things, with neuroeducation, Low Arousal, autism pedagogy and alternative, augmentative communication (AAC). Everyday life is varied, and you get the opportunity to bring your professional skills into play, think creatively and be involved in both play, development and care.

Terms of employment

Employment up to 37 hours per week.

Start date: January 4, 2027 or as soon as possible.

Starting salary information

Employment occurs after your education. Social educators are hired after social pedagogues and pedagogical staff at residential institutions under Danish § 4-7 with a expected base salary of 32,863 DKK. Social and health care assistants are hired according to the collective agreement for social and health personnel § 3-6 with an expected base salary of 29,424 DKK.

Pedagogical assistants are hired according to the collective agreement for care and education helpers and pedagogical assistants § 4-7 with an expected base salary of 28,855 DKK. Occupational therapists, physiotherapists and midwives are hired according to the collective agreement for occupational therapists, physiotherapists and midwives § 3-5 with 29,825 DKK. all base salaries are stated for full-time and excluding pension

It should be noted that the final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.
