Maternity-leave substitute for a teaching position at Kroggård School

Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for as a maternity leave substitute for Kroggårdsskolens SFO and child environment.

One of our skilled pedagogues is going on maternity leave, and we are therefore seeking an engaged maternity cover for the period 1 December 2026 to 28 February 2027 . There will subsequently be an opportunity for employment in our Spring-SFO from 1 March 2027 .

We are looking for a professionally grounded pedagogue who wishes to make a difference for the children and who thrives in a professional learning community where school and leisure time are closely linked.

About the job

You will become part of our youngest child environment, where the work is distributed between school and SFO.

In the SFO you plan, implement and evaluate activities together with your colleagues with a focus on the children's well-being, development, learning and communities. Our SFO is workshop-divided, and we work purposefully with the strengthened pedagogical curricula and Odense Municipality's leisure-pedagogical vision Together for Diverse Leisure.

In the school part you will be attached to 3rd grade, where you join a committed team collaboration with teachers and another pedagogue around planning, implementation and evaluation of the pedagogical efforts.

Kroggårdsskolen is a large and well-functioning school with approximately 510 students distributed across:

• B1 (0.-3. year group)
• B2 (4.-6. year group)
• Youth School (7.-9. grade)

Salary and employment conditions

The position is paid according to the current collective agreement. The expected salary level will be stated before any interview and depends on experience and qualifications.
