Restaurant Nordatlanten is seeking a kitchen assistant who wants to become part of our kitchen and join an exciting journey where we develop the restaurant, our gastronomy and our North Atlantic profile.

A kitchen with room for your ideas

Restaurant Nordatlanten is located at Odense Harbour in Nordatlantisk Hus. Our kitchen draws on Greenland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands, but interpreted with a modern, creative and gastronomic perspective. We work with North Atlantic ingredients, seasons and techniques and also draw inspiration from the classic French kitchen.

With us you have the opportunity to

We are looking for someone who

• has experience in a kitchen
• is passionate about gastronomy, good ingredients and high quality
• is curious and eager to develop yourself and think innovatively
• can work in a structured way and maintain overview when it gets busy
• wants to explore North Atlantic ingredients and flavor universes
• takes responsibility and contributes actively to a good working environment
• is a good colleague who values collaboration and good humor
• is flexible regarding evening and weekend work

You don’t need to know it all in advance. The most important thing is that you have professional pride, curiosity and a willingness to be part of creating something.
