KITCHEN ASSISTANT WANTED IN AARHUS – 15 HOURS PER WEEK

Do you want a job with fixed daytime hours, where you help ensure that lunch and the kitchen facilities work perfectly for many employees?

Jysk System Rengøring is seeking a service-minded and responsible kitchen assistant for one of our customers in Aarhus.

📍 Workplace: Aarhus

🗓️ Start: November 1

⏰ Working hours: Monday–Friday 10:00–13:00

📅 15 hours per week – there may be an opportunity for more hours.

Your tasks will include

🍽️ Receive and plate lunch for about 150 portions daily

🥗 Setup of the lunch buffet and refilling between the different dining groups

🧽 Clearing, dishwashing and handling of serviceware

📦 Packing and preparing trays and bowls for return to the kitchen supplier

✨ Wiping tables and tidying up after lunch

🧼 Cleaning of the kitchen and industrial dishwasher

☕ Daily cleaning and refilling of 4 coffee machines – including fresh milk

☕ Light tidying and replenishment at coffee stations with cups, sugar, m.m.

🍽️ Operation and emptying of dishwashers in the kitchen and tea kitchens

✔️ Have a sense of order and good hygiene

✔️ Are good at keeping an overview – even when it is busy

✔️ Have an eye for what is missing and take initiative

✔️ Speak and understand Danish and English

Experience from canteen, kitchen, café or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement.
