About the job

Dreaming of making healthy and tasty food with great freedom, good working hours and lots of meaning in everyday life? At Klatretræet you become an important part of the children's everyday life. Through the food you help create joy of eating, curiosity and good communities for about 65 children.

A kitchen with life and creativity

The kitchen is centrally located in the building, and the children often come by to see, smell and ask questions. We collaborate closely across the building, and the food often ties in with the children's themes and activities.

As something special we have our own garden with fruit trees and herbs, which you can use in your cooking.

Your tasks

  • Prepare breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack for about 60-65 children
  • Develop nutritionally appropriate meal plans
  • Order goods and keep to the budget
  • Carry out self-inspection
  • Ensure cleaning and order in the kitchen
  • Talk to the children about food, taste and ingredients

You will have great influence on the menus and the opportunity to put your own mark on the kitchen.

That is why you should choose Klatretræet

We are a small day care with four rooms and a good sense of community. Here we help each other, share ideas and value good collaboration.

Working hours

  • Monday-Thursday 7:00-14:00
  • Friday 7:00-13:00

You will have a manager who prioritizes your well-being, gives you responsibility in your work and is present. And this is especially the case in our kitchen.

We imagine that you

  • Have experience from work in a kitchen or similar
  • Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Are good at following instructions and contributing to good cooperation
  • Are reliable and have a sense of order and cleanliness
  • Are open and welcoming to children
  • Have a hygiene certificate, but it is not a requirement
