Kløver-Skolen seeks a teacher with drive and courage for the school's A department

Kløver-Skolen has, as of 1 December 2026 or earlier, a vacant teaching position.

Our new colleague

This position provides you with an exciting opportunity where it is important that you can see yourself teaching in general school subjects with students who have two key focus areas, both of which are exciting but different within the fields of Autism and ADHD.

You are also expected to take on class teacher duties, including extended school/home collaboration.

When you are employed in Department A, you are expected to be able to solve tasks in all of the department’s classes, and the tasks may change. You will be attached to a “primary class,” which in this case will be in our middle grade as a teacher, where you will work closely with the class’s other pedagogical colleagues to create a positive, structured and educational learning environment that takes as its starting point each individual student’s developmental level.

There may, in connection with this position, also be 1-1 tasks with individual students or students with school refusal issues, but this will be agreed on an ongoing basis as tasks arise.

We expect that you

• Are a trained teacher – preferably with special educational experience.
• Can work independently and in teams, be proactive and take the initiative to find solutions
• Are curious and reflective in your approach to working with our students
• Have knowledge of low arousal and basic theory about children with Autism/ADHD difficulties and can translate it into practice
• Through structure and clarity can create a positive and academically sound learning environment for both the individual student and the class.
• Have the desire and competence to engage in a close interdisciplinary collaboration
• Have special educational experience and know "this is me"
• Are robust, flexible and thrive in a daily life characterized by students with many different needs
• Master extended parent collaboration which is a necessity in working with the target group to ensure positive development for the student

The school’s teaching takes its starting point in the individual student’s needs and potential. The aim of the teaching is, in close cooperation with the parents, to achieve optimal learning both academically and personally for the individual student. The school is an active and development-oriented school. We work in self-managing teams and emphasize professional development as well as a good working environment with well-being for both students and staff.

The position is remunerated according to the applicable collective agreement. Upon appointment, a copy of the criminal record and the child certificate will be requested.
