About the job
Do you want to help raise the quality and ensure effective resource support within the healthcare sector in Denmark? And are you passionate about project management?
Then it might be you we are looking for as a consultant in the Health Services Quality Institute (SundK).
As a consultant you will be employed in a quality unit and become a central part of our team, which works with assessments and analyses of treatment forms included in the health service's delivery of health care, including health technologies, treatments, diagnostics, rehabilitation, prevention, as well as organisational and collaboration forms. You can read more about: Assessments and Analyses in SundK .
You will also contribute to the quality unit, which also covers tasks within clinical guidelines and clinical quality databases – and together with your colleagues help to think in synergy across functions and products in the unit as well as in SundK’s solutions to quality challenges in the health service.
Your tasks
In the professional work with assessments and analyses you will join project groups that work with assessments and analyses. Everyone in the project groups participates in planning and producing the written reports that constitute our assessments and analyses. The reports are presented to SundK Council, whose main task is to develop recommendations or guidance to the health service actors based on our reports, see more here: SundK Council .
Your tasks will include among others
- Professionally anchored tasks in the concrete assessments and analyses and contribute to delimitation, illumination, interpretation and reporting of clinical, health-economical and organizational analysis tasks
- To plan and project manage against deadlines and to be the point person to collect the project group’s agenda material for the Council in SundK
- To ensure involvement of clinicians and patient representatives in the professional committees and plan and facilitate professional committee meetings
- To be able to tackle health-economics related tasks, including contributing to health-economic analyses in the guideline area
- To contribute to the qualification of topics for the function's and the unit's work program
- Cross-cutting development tasks that strengthen our internal processes and methods as well as collaboration with external actors (professional committees, councils, etc.)
Who are you?
Our new colleague has a long higher education, probably in the social or health science area and furthermore has a range of concrete experiences and competencies in working with health economics and driving processes in close collaboration with clinical experts and patient representatives.
We would like you to
- Have several years of relevant experience from the health sector. This could be from the public health service, from the private sector or from research and analysis organizations
- Have good knowledge of the health service structure and patient pathways.
- Have analytical competencies and interest - especially focused on health-economic analyses
- Have experience and thrive with project management without formal leadership and your role in the team as project coordinator
- Find energy in and have experience with being the driver to push processes with many actors and deadlines and with focus on making things succeed both in your own tasks and in collaboration with others
- Thrives in both delving into tasks professionally and facilitating meetings, and engaging in dialogue with internal and external actors
- Work independently and have personal impact, which you use to be proactive and set the framework
- Know the importance of having control of the details, without letting the details obscure your view of deadlines and expectations for the product.
We offer
- An exciting job in development with content you can help shape
- A fixed onboarding program with an introduction to the tasks
- Flexibility - we have flexible hours and the possibility to work from home
- Good colleagues and fantastic colleague cohesion
- An evolving workplace where we as the Health Services Quality Institute must set a significant agenda for quality and prioritization in our shared health service.
