Continence nurse for the elderly care area in Favrskov Municipality, Area West

Would you be the one with the overall and coordinating responsibility for continence and treatment in the elderly care area in Favrskov Municipality, West area?

We are seeking a nurse for a continence function at 18.5 hours per week, where you get the professional overview – and freedom to make your mark.

The appointment will be at 37 hours, where you will have the remaining time to participate in the other tasks in nursing.

Your tasks

Assessment and documentation

• Nursing professional assessment of citizens with continence issues in accordance with § 112
• Professional documentation in the municipality's care system
• You work in a professionally, ethically, legally and economically sound manner

Coordination and collaboration

• Overall and coordinating responsibility for continence and treatment in the elderly care West area
• Professional collaboration and follow-up with doctors, hospitals and health personnel in the municipality as well as municipal leadership
• Ongoing professional sparring with a colleague in the east and external partners

Teaching and communication

• Guidance, teaching and professional sparring with colleagues, citizens and relatives
• Communication of the latest evidence-based knowledge

Salary and employment

• Weekly hourly rate: 18.5 hours in continence function
• Working hours: 37 hours in day and evening shifts
• Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement for nurses
• Application and start: 1 January 2027. Interviews will be held in Ulstrup at Anlægsvej 50, 8860 Ulstrup
• A criminal record check and references will be obtained in connection with the employment
