Office assistant part-time – construction industry

AJ Multi & Group ApS is seeking an office assistant for our office in Glostrup. The position starts part-time and may, after assessment, develop into full-time.

Your tasks may include, among others

• Answer phone calls and emails
• Assist with planning and coordination of tasks
• Handle documents and general administrative tasks
• Maintain contact with employees, customers and partners

We expect that you

• Can read and write Danish at a proficient level
• At minimum have completed 10th grade
• Are reliable, responsible and can work independently
• Have a standard driving license (category B) if you need to visit construction sites. This is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Experience with office work or the construction industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Workplace: Fabriksparken 10A, 2600 Glostrup

Working hours: Part-time to begin with, with the possibility of full-time after assessment
