Shift Planner for OK-Fonden Baeshøjgård

At OK-Fonden Baeshøjgård we are looking for a shift planner (30-32 hours) who thrives with structure, relationships and coordination. You will become a central part of the house and play an important role in creating good work schedules, ensuring the right staffing and finding solutions when everyday life changes.

• Have experience with shift planning, preferably from the health or care sector
• Are structured and have a good overview
• Are approachable and good at collaborating
• Can stay calm when the pace increases
