We are looking for a competent customer service representative who can provide good customer service to our customers by phone and email as well as in our store/showroom in Vejle.

In the role you will have a varied everyday life with close dialogue and collaboration with your colleagues in the office. At the same time you will become an important point of contact for both private and business customers at BLITE A/S and our sister company VTK A/S.

Responsibilities

• Customer service by email, telephone, Trustpilot and Facebook.
• Customer service in our store/showroom and delivery of goods to customers.
• Process returns and complaints.
• General administrative tasks in customer service.

• Is service-minded and can provide good customer service both on the phone and in our store.
• Can keep an overview of own tasks.
• Can work with several different systems, and has good IT skills.
• Is confident in meetings and flexible to go the extra mile when the situation requires it.
• Thrives with an informal and straightforward tone in the office.

Earlier this year we moved into a new large 10,200 m² office and warehouse by the E45 motorway at the Vejle South exit. You will be part of developing new workflows and processes in a company where we continually develop ourselves.
