Danish-speaking customer service representative for Larnaca, Cyprus

Would you like to combine a job in customer service with international experience and life close to the Mediterranean?

Jobsun is recruiting on behalf of an international company Danish-speaking customer service representatives for an office in Larnaca, Cyprus. You will work with customer support for digital solutions and help users via phone, chat and email.

The position is full-time and requires that you live in Cyprus or are willing to relocate there. Relocation assistance is offered, and Jobsun is with you as your point of contact and mentor throughout the stay.

Your responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in Danish via phone, chat and email.
• Guide users in using apps and websites.
• Help with common technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Handle questions and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Refer complex cases to relevant teams and partners.

You will receive training in the systems and solutions you will work with.

We are looking for you who

• Speak and write Danish at a very high level, corresponding to C2.
• Have English skills at a minimum B2 level.
• Have completed secondary education (gymnasium) or equivalent.
• Are comfortable with IT and interested in digital solutions.
• Are service-minded, patient and good at solving problems.
• Are an EU citizen.

Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not required. We welcome applications from both candidates who already live in Cyprus and candidates who want to relocate.

Salary and working hours

The fixed monthly salary is 1,350 euros before tax and increases to 1,400 euros after six months of employment.

Working hours are 40 hours per week with rotating shifts within opening hours Monday to Sunday 09:00–21:00 local time. Weekend work is included.

During training, working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30 local time.

The work takes place at the company’s office in Larnaca.

Relocation assistance

When relocating to Cyprus you can choose between the following options

• An relocation allowance of 1,500 euros, paid 2–3 weeks after starting the job. You arrange and initially pay for the flight and housing yourself.
• Reimbursement of flight tickets up to 300 euros and the possibility of company-provided accommodation for up to two months. The first month is free, and the second month costs 100 euros. You book the flight yourself.
