Ødis Skole seeks an acknowledging and relationally strong teacher

Ødis Skole is seeking an acknowledging, relationally strong and committed teacher for a permanent position. We are looking for a teacher who can teach the following subjects:

Music, woodworking, mathematics, history, physical education and Christianity .

You should expect to teach both in the early years and in the middle grades.

The position is to be filled by 1 January 2027.

The position is full-time.

Qualifications

• Is a qualified teacher with a major in mathematics and preferably one or more of the above subjects
• Is acknowledging in your approach to children and believes that all children do their best
• Takes responsibility, is clear and good at classroom management
• Can plan and deliver engaging and inspiring teaching that meets all students
• Is open and development-oriented and sees opportunities rather than limitations
• Has a positive outlook on life and good collaboration skills
• Is responsible, stable, flexible and interested in professional development
• Is focused on creating well-being for children, so they enjoy going to school and are eager to learn more

Ødis Skole is a small rural school, serving grades 0-6. The school is located in a scenic area in Kolding Municipality by Ødis Lake.

The school prioritizes strong academic development without compromising well-being. Well-being and academic achievement are seen as prerequisites for one another.
