At Scantago A/S we service the pharmaceutical industry and hospitals with equipment, spare parts, consumables as well as service and validation – including autoclaves, washers, freeze-dryers and clean utility systems.

We live in newly built facilities in Gevninge, where we have a 2250 m2 domicile with a modern warehouse, laboratory, test facilities, offices, canteen, fitness, etc.

We are ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 certified and much of our work is performed under GMP.

Your tasks

As a warehouse worker you will be an important part of our logistics and service organization. Your tasks include, among others:

o Receiving and registering spare parts and consumables

o Picking and packing spare parts for our service technicians

o Shipping of goods – including dangerous goods (ADR)

o Inventory management and replenishment in our system

o Quality assurance and handling of documentation under GMP and ISO 9001

o Collaboration with procurement and the service department on task coordination

You will be part of a company with skilled and engaging colleagues, where professional challenges, job satisfaction, good humor and collaboration are highly prioritized. Your tasks are performed in close cooperation with the service department and the company’s current purchasing manager. We use Uniconta as our ERP system.

Your profile

We imagine that you

o Have experience from a similar role in a warehouse – preferably with technical products

o Are used to working in a structured way and can follow procedures

o Are used to working with IT

o Have knowledge of (or interest in) quality standards such as GMP and ISO

o Understand the importance of correct documentation and precision

o Are flexible, helpful and a good colleague

o Can communicate in Danish and English in writing and speech

o Have a forklift certificate

The base salary (annual) for this position is between DKK 335,000 and DKK 410,000

The final salary placement will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate's educational background, experience, competencies and qualifications.

You will be employed as an office-based employee and will be provided with a work phone and PC. You will be covered by our health insurance and pension scheme (12.5/5.0% arrangement), and will be continually retrained as needed.
