Logistics assistant wanted for a storage facility in Vamdrup

As a logistics assistant you will be part of a small, specialized team that works with warehouse and logistics solutions for a wide range of customers. Everyday life is characterized by close collaboration between warehouse, transport and administration, where precision and overview are crucial.

The position requires you to handle many tasks simultaneously and maintain structure and quality, even when pace is high. You will work closely with dispatchers, warehouse staff and customers to ensure an efficient flow through the warehouse.

Duties

• Coordination and handling of logistics tasks
• Registration and follow-up in IT and warehouse systems
• Contact with customers, drivers and partners
• Documentation and administration
• Handling of freight- and warehouse-related tasks
• Collaboration with dispatchers and other departments
• Ensuring correct data recording and documentation
• Various administrative and practical tasks

Professional qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or transport
• Experience with administrative logistics tasks
• Strong IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills in Danish and English
• High data discipline and sense of order
• Knowledge of dangerous goods is an advantage
• Experience with warehousing or transport systems is an advantage
