Machinist / experienced operator with an eye for quality

We are looking for an experienced operator in wood production of high-end products. There is a focus on good craftsmanship, high quality and a positive working environment.

You will become part of a small production team of 20 employees, where people help each other and take responsibility for shared tasks in everyday work.

The position has a particular focus on the operation of the company's panel saw and edge bander, but you will also work with other machines and various tasks in production.

You may be trained as a machine carpenter, but this is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have good experience with wood processing and are familiar with operating CNC-controlled machines.

Duties

• Operation and running of the Homag panel saw
• Changing blades and other routine maintenance of the machine
• Operation of the Biesse edge bander. This is a big advantage
• Quality control of workpieces and finished components
• Light assembly, fitting and alignment tasks as needed

About you

• You have experience with wood processing from production, carpentry or similar
• Experience with CNC-controlled machines and edge banders is a clear advantage
• You can independently operate and run an automatic saw line or similar equipment
• If you have training as a machine carpenter, or wood industry worker, we see it as an advantage
• Forklift license is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You work carefully and have a focus on quality in your work
• You show up reliably for work and take responsibility for your tasks
• You contribute positively to collaboration with colleagues
