At DSV Contract Logistics in Hedeland we are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Manager to lead our e-commerce business. This is not a classic warehouse manager role.

You will be responsible for a significant business with strong brands, high customer demands, complex processes and large seasonal variations. The role combines leadership, operations, finance and customer responsibility and requires a profile that can deliver results through people, data and strong customer relationships.

You will have the overall responsibility for performance, development and leadership of the organization and will be a central part of the Hedeland management team.

Your areas of responsibility

You create results through others and take overall responsibility for the operation's performance, development and economics.

You will, among other things

• Coache and develop leaders, specialists and key functions.
• Create a culture characterized by accountability, collaboration, safety and strong results.
• Ensure high operational performance within inbound, outbound, inventory and value-added services.
• Drive capacity planning, productivity, quality and operational KPIs.
• Build and develop strong customer relationships as well as participate in governance meetings, business reviews and development projects.
• Be responsible for budgets, forecasting, resource optimization and financial performance.
• Drive LEAN, digitisation and transformation initiatives that support future growth.
• Handle escalations professionally and solution-oriented.
• Contribute to the implementation of new customers and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Finance and Business Development.

Who are you?

First and foremost, you are a strong leader with experience in delivering results through other leaders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, high complexity and many stakeholders.

We envisage that you

• Have solid leadership experience from e-commerce, contract logistics, retail logistics or 3PL.
• Have experience leading other leaders.
• Have strong skills in customer management and stakeholder management.
• Have experience with budgets, forecasting and financial management.
• Work data-driven and be familiar with KPI management.
• Can create structure, direction and engagement in a complex organization.
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English.
