At Theo we are looking for a skilled manager who wants to take responsibility for the daily service, create great experiences for our guests, and help ensure the restaurant runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure professional and attentive service with the guest at the centre.
• Take responsibility for the execution of the daily service and create structure on the floor.
• Be involved in motivating and supporting the team in everyday work.
• Ensure good workflows and close collaboration between kitchen and restaurant.
• Follow up on the guest experience and ensure that our standards are upheld.
• Contribute to smooth operations and a good working environment.
